QNX Adds SITRE as Distributor for France and Belgium

    OTTAWA, December 4, 2008 — QNX Software Systems today announced it has signed a distribution agreement with SITRE s.a.r.l. to serve the growing number of QNX customers in France and in the French-speaking regions in Belgium.

    As part of the QNX Solutions Network, SITRE will distribute and support the QNX® Neutrino® realtime operating system (RTOS), the QNX Momentics® development suite, and the QNX Aviage® family of middleware products. Founded by Philippe Clausse, former director of QNX Software Systems Europe, and Franck Vancoellié, former regional sales manager for QNX Software Systems in France, SITRE is focused on providing solutions and services to embedded developers in the industrial automation, transportation, medical, military, and other industries.
